As part of our commitment to supporting the local community IJYI’s Social Squad put on a range of fundraising activities throughout the year to raise money for our chosen charity. This year we were proud to be raising money for the fantastic East Anglian Air Ambulance.

This year the team got involved with some fun events to raise a grand total of £948.

This year’s fundraising events included:

• Bake-off challenge
• Valentines lunch
• Charity auction – this was great fun and saw our multi-talented team auctioning their skills! We had offers of crocheted hats, car washing, 3D printing, cooking and loads more!
• Wimbledon – the table tennis tournament got pretty competitive!
• Talk like a pirate day
• Halloween fancy dress

We say a fond farewell to the East Anglian Air Ambulance as we look forward to supporting our new charity for the next 12 months. More on that to come!
