Microsoft Cloud Platform Partners
As Microsoft Partners with cloud platform competencies, we have the necessary support contracts in place to ensure your cloud platform migration goes smoothly. Although we have a huge amount of experience with Microsoft Azure, we have the necessary escalation paths in place with the Azure support and architecture teams should anything not go according to plan.
Using Microsoft Application Insights, we monitor key metrics within the infrastructure such as response times, error rates, CPU and memory usage to determine if an issue is likely to become a problem and notifying an on-call IJYI support engineer to address.
Application Insights can also be hooked into the application code itself to record custom metrics to gain deeper understanding of the application and any inconsistencies before they affect live traffic.
